Quebec Patients

Dr. Michel Gagner is a non-participant of the Régime d’Assurance Maladie. Fees for his services will not be reimbursed by RAMQ, as dictated by the Loi sur l’Assurance Maladie (L.R.Q. c. A-29). Patients must pay out-of-pocket.

Patients from Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan

Patients requiring complex surgeries, such as revisions and surgeries with particular complications, have been able to obtain approval from provincial insurance plans to cover the entire operating fee. If approval is not granted, patients must pay out-of-pocket. Dr. Michel Gagner is a non-participant of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).

Patients from all other provinces

Patients must pay out-of-pocket.

U.S. Patients

Dr. Gagner operates in other locations worldwide, such as South America, Europe, Qatar, and Kuwait, where American patients can be accommodated.
