Gas and Bloating
How to prevent/minimize gas and bloating?
Avoid carbonated beverages.
Avoid legumes.
Avoid foods high in sugar.
Avoid vegetables from the cabbage and melon family (brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, watermelon, honeydew melon, etc.).
Do not drink through a straw.
Avoid chewing gum.
Take at least 30 minutes to eat.
Chew your food well.
