Dr. Gagner is well known for participating at international surgery congresses all over the world, but when he was given the chance to host an international congress in his hometown of Montreal, QC he jumped at the occasion! Named President of the IFSO 2014 - 19th World Congress Of International Federation For The Surgery Of Obesity & Metabolic Disorders, Dr. Gagner is preparing to host over 3,000 medical professionals in one of the largest medical congress of its kind in August of 2014.
